I can't believe America is at a place right now where you can murder someone in broad daylight in front of hundreds of people while being recorded and not be arrested for it
This guy might actually get away with it too at the very least they're going easy on him since he was military and his victim is some random homeless autistic black guy who society looks down on so a bad position to be in. Rip to him and f*** that psychopath
I've considered moving out to New York recently but it feels like everyone there is unhinged I think I'm good on it
Applying a RNC should put somebody out in 10 seconds unless you’re crushing their windpipe. Anything longer runs the risk of death let alone holding it for several minutes. A Marine should know that. Coroner ruled it a homocide. Whatever charges he gets seems justified .
The minute you need to debate someone you’ve already lost tbh. Discourse is ultimately all about signaling partisanship
debating is an alt right recruiting tool

Grilling
He was probably suffering with PTSD. Not justifying what he did, but there's a good chance that when Jordan Neely screamed at him it might have triggered a violent response.
Things like this situation are never this simple to draw conclusions to.
@Skrilla What more information came out? To my knowledge (I may be wrong) but most homelessness also goes hand and hand with mental illness and/or d*** addiction. Our country needs to focus more on that aspect than anything else.
Man that PTSD defense is EXACTLY what his attorney gonna use to get him out of jail time bro I guarantee it.
Not saying it’s not possible but they’re gonna do everything to paint the killer as the victim here and I’m not with it
I know niggas that used to see him on the train daily when he was doing his MJ thing… this s*** is f***ed

Yeah that's the thing too, he definitely is guilty. No doubt, and he really should be put away.

If Neely was the one choking the marine dude out PTSD wouldn’t eve be a viable option for defense even though he CLEARLY had it

It's more surprising that bystanders didn't step in and pull the marine off. I think that's the biggest sign of the problem at hand, and this all boils down to two things:
Mental health not being taken seriously by our government and providing resources freely to everyone.
Homelessness is a huge problem and until there is some sort of measure passed where social workers are paid correct amounts of money for their jobs, d*** issues/addiction is solved (I'm going to assume that Neely was on some sort of substance when this occurred - if wrong feel free to correct me), and our society turns this whole "dog eat dog" mentality around everything will get worse.

The video clearly shows bystanders helping him keep the guy restrained

Where are they pulling the ex-pat off of him? That's my question. There were so many people around who could have at least tried to get him off of Neely but they chose not to.

they aren't, the bystanders are basically helping the marine restrain neely. its super clear in the video. clearly everyone around him agreed with his actions, if not latently
They already tryna justify his murder
https://twitter.com/AmiriKing/status/1654364414873595906They don't realize that the person behind the camera is Joey Boots who was a Howard Stern crew member. His whole "shtick" (I guess if you want to call it that) was "trolling" and harassing the public.

Dumbass right-wing viewpoints providing misinformation as usual.

Then they are all basically just as at fault for this. That's not "restraint" at all.

i don't think he should have killed him per-se but anyone thinking the general public just need to shut up and take it when there's unhinged mentally ill individuals constantly threatening everyone around them is delusional. this is a failure of the government and institutions first and foremost and deflecting this onto the actors in this specific situation is uneducated at best and bad faith at worst.
Papi's Angels got @ballerina
they gotta arrest this dude asap

??? Homeless niggas being on the train bugging out from time to time is not uncommon out here. Most of the time these niggas rambling.
I grew up in one of the most dangerous areas in Brooklyn and it was just common knowledge to not bother these mfs and stay out the way.
Not to mention this unhinged man wasnt doing s*** but being a minor annoyance to people around him. To my knowledge he didn't attack anybody, or have a weapon or anything for this nigga to even spring into vigilante justice like that
