For some reason he’s not really about crafting albums that much. I guess it’s just hard to balance all his different styles into an album that makes sense and I think that’s what they were getting at when they said that about drake caring about pleasing everyone. He’s about the music but he’s also about the streams and keeping his spot. Which is cool but it does make me wonder what the Drake album with a little less business and a little more vision would sound likeInteresting, I don’t think Drake is deliberately doing albums just for numbers. I think it’s more about creating moments for people to enjoy instead of wanting critically acclaimed albums. I do understand there may be some business thinking involved, however will all his success he has kept music first. That’s what makes him so special as an artist in todays world. Ironically the fact that Drake has been transparent through his music is the reason why he’s the top artist in the world today.
