Purpose sold 649k first week, Views was 1.04M first week.
He is selling like that (not purpose level but drake isn't selling like Views either) just not in america. Justice will be #2 on worldwide album sals then the IFPI list comes out. Justice is wayyyy bigger than CLB if you look past american sales

Scorpion sold 7m in US alone, Bieber would have to make up some serious numbers across the globe to make that up

it does, but that's one album. Bieber has 1 album in top 50 most streamed Spotify albums whilst Drake has 3. Dua Lipa's album also has more streams than any Drake album, you'd have to be insane to try argue she's bigger than Drake
