watch the throne is 5x platinum lmao u talkin out your ass
Yes, after STREAMS.

And the certification was removed. Who's talking out the ass now?
My Turn outsold KOD and Off season combined to date.
I'm more concerned about how his NEXT album does.
What a Time to Be Alive did 375K SPS with 5 out of the 7 days in the tracking week with no prior announcement and only 11 songs.
If these are the guys y'all are pushing as the ones currently running s***, their numbers should reflect that.
WATTBA would’ve sold over 500k if they did promo like WTT and had 7 days of tracking and released a single. Drake also knocked off 40-50k by playing it on OVO sound radio before the drop. People heard it and didn’t feel like buying after that.
Noted. We'll see how their next solo projects perform in comparison.
Baby definitely doing 200k+ first week
You can't be the hottest without the numbers to back it up, that's for sure.
Baby has the numbers to back it. I never said durk was the hottest out. Is he one of the hottest? Yes. Does he have the numbers to reflect this? Yes
My Turn outsold KOD and Off season combined to date.
Yet if Cole does a KOD tour right now he sell out an arena and Baby couldn't.
Yall love making random projections to justify your own bias. Being the hottest =/= selling how much YOU think they will sell on some random metric you can't even justify.
165-185k is good for 2 of the hottest rappers in rap making a collab tape. Collab tapes don't usually sell well. WATTBA's numbers regressed because drake and future weren't in the same status or even fanbases. WTT didnt go double plat until streams. It didnt go gold fw. And that was with Kanye coming off MBDTF and Jay being Jay. Collab albums rarely do colossal fw numbers cause one artist isnt as big and the hype is different than a solo album hype.
WATTBA was a second surprise release mixtape from Drake. The first one did 535K first week and WATTBA came 7 months after. Considering it only had 11 tracks, 5 tracking days out of the usual 7 and was Drake's second release of the year, 375K were INCREDIBLE numbers. That's still Future's biggest first week. It would have easily pulled over 450K if it had the full 7 tracking days.
Huge L
I was expecting 500k. KTT told me the streets loved Baby and Durk like 08 Wayne. We got work to do.
Name some Wayne collab project numbers to his solo numbers . Big difference lol. lil Baby solo project is doing 250k +
Baby has the numbers to back it. I never said durk was the hottest out. Is he one of the hottest? Yes. Does he have the numbers to reflect this? Yes
I never said Durk was the hottest either. I said he was one of the hottest rappers currently.

Yeah, I just said the same thing lol.

Huh? WATTBA is like 3x platinum.

450k is still a drop. Im not gonna do this surprise drop excuse with yall. J Cole had a surprise drop and did like 370k fw. It only had 11 tracks at a time where people STILL BOUGHT ALBUMS. A year later, Views sold 800K PHYSICAL copies first week. 11 tracks is no excuse. It being drake's second release is no excuse. DMX had 1 albums out the same year. One went triple plat. The other went 4x plat. The dropoff is visible. The point is collabs don't sell as much.
Huh? WATTBA is like 3x platinum.
It hasn't had it's certifications updated yet.
Durk brought his numbers down. And the saturation will prob hurt his next solo numbers also. Baby didnt really need this.
Collab projects always do less ....
watch the throne is 5x platinum lmao u talkin out your ass
Yup dude tripping
WTT 5x platinum and WATTBA 3x platinum
Yes, after STREAMS.

And the certification was removed. Who's talking out the ass now?
it literally says 5x platinum read
Yup dude tripping
WTT 5x platinum and WATTBA 3x platinum
wattba higher its just not updated
Yall cant read. I clearly said WTT was recertified after streams. And they removed the certification. I posted proof and you niggas still wanna argue. I aint even address WATTBA's later sales. Point was about first week, not long-term sales. Lmao yall moving goalposts at this point. If that's the case, what's the point of making this thread? We dont know what bby and durk will do long term
My Turn outsold KOD and Off season combined to date.
Cole never promo after albums anymore tho. He prob done with off-season promo. lil baby be dropping 4-5 singles and a deluxe.
Collab projects always do less ....
Yes but I’m just saying unless baby waits another full year or 2 to drop. This project will negatively affect his next solo due to over saturation.
Yup dude tripping
WTT 5x platinum and WATTBA 3x platinum
those are higher caliber artists tho. most artist collab albums dont do as well tho
