Show really should've ended after season 1, that is the only season that is truly great and the one that Michael Crichton would've approved of.

Funny that whenever you adapt this dudes work when it comes to WW and Jurassic Park
Once you decided to leave that wonderment that is the "Park" and go into the "real world" then its all downhill.

i havent put my thoughts together really or thought of this show much since i saw the last episode recently, so ill just spill them now as i type

overall i think the show grew too much. it grew out of its tiny premise. all the little side plots that pointed to something bigger, well...we got it. the little characters we came to know in these first seasons were able to f*** the whole world.

basically the stakes become so huge that...we dont care. whether society riots, or burns to the ground or doesnt....it doesn't matter. furthermore i think we've run the entire course of debating anything that matters in bots vs humans in terms of value.

now this season did present a cool world. its the type of 1985 that seems more reasonable. but ...thats not really the westworld we were enthralled in. so its just a future dystopia type show. next season, well. ...maybe we'll get some mauve as neo vs a thousand bots, aka, agent smiths type sht. cant say im really all that interested if thats its main course.

that said, i was kept entertained mostly, so we will see what they can cook up. ill hold out a little hope

The last 3 eps made this season bearable.

Still haven't gotten over how good the third season was.

Might rewatch already.

It's only been getting better for me. A lot of people hating on it though they got attached to season 1 too much.

This season was meh. I’m just not feeling it like I used to.

I loved season 1 and enjoyed season 2. But damn season 3 let me so unsatisfied.

This is what spoilt the entire season..I mean it was already a mediocre season but the story was there, albeit with terrible writing and dialogue...but the finale is so damn bad,..I mean Delores who has been inching towards this destroyer of humankind since season 2 is suddenly just some lovely girl caring about little things and choice!! She didn't even let her own "copies" have their own choices...Hitler is Ghandi!!

s2 is like the entire point of why westworld exists

Is HBO dead btw??..I mean if Westworld is already confirmed trash what else do they have?? I just want someone to recommend me good shows..have always just enjoyed HBO and Fx cuz between them they had Got s1-4 , Fargo, legion, Westworld s1, the Americans just these past couple of years..but now there's nothing... showtime does try but it's suffering now too...so really, is the golden age of television really golden or just wooden???

Yeah I forgot about watchmen...good stuff..and succession ain't bad..the rest are all old stuff and I've watched most of them..my point was the current roster ain't that too exciting..as coated to previous years where u would have like 3 shows that are like 10/10

Whoa how can the leftovers be the greatest show???..it isn't even the greatest show HBO has ever made...but it's last season is definitely a strong contender for greatest season made.. though it still wouldn't win... HBO has strong shows like the wire, sopranos, boardwalk empire etc so the leftovers definitely isn't the greatest HBO show...

And man..the young Pope is truly an underrated gem...not many characters are so powerful like that...can truly be compared to the likes of Walter white, don draper, light yagami etc
