    what they talking about?

A lot of parasocial stuff — a lot of speculation about certain actors being written out for political views (and vice versa) etc.

Seen a lot of stuff about the writers/Noah Lyle reducing the only black females into Robby’s sexual conquests etc

Dana might be my favourite character on TV right now. She kills it everytime

    Dana
    Abbot
    Whittaker

    Big three lowkey

Yeah it’s wonderful. Just really tried and tested, ‘works for a reason’ old school television formulas but with some modern sauce. Has some 2000s style corny sincereness but also doesn’t pull any punches with gore and real life s***. It’s all set in real time during one shift for the doctors and never leaves the ER rooms and so you learn about all the characters through their dynamics with each other and with the patients.

Some episodes are kinda just like procedural old school tv ‘this patient comes in and you learn their story and there’s a reveal’ but then other episodes are super intense anxiety fuel episodes where patients keep piling up and none of the doctors can get a grip and things start spiralling.

And there’s also just a great cast with sweet character moments and relationships etc. The direction and camera work is sneakily very high level and sophisticated for a show that takes place in one location. The acting is all fire.

    it’s good
