Season 1 is great imo . Season 2 has good moments as well, but an obvious step down from the season 1. It’s far from terrible though imo

The ending was blueballs city but afaik they basically lost 2 episodes cause of HBO funding reasons

Yep that’s exactly what happened. HBO straight up told them that they weren’t going to give them enough budget to film an entire season, so they were forced to end on a cliffhanger

Season 2 does make some questionable choices narratively, but the season is much better than a lot of people act like tbh.
Don’t really understand why people act like it’s the worse thing they’ve ever seen , and I think it’s still much better than the later seasons of GOT

I only watched season 1 and maybe one more episode and it was honk shoo sleepy time

KotSK is the best ASOIAF has maybe ever been on the screen
