He is, but I more so meant that, because it was once so vast, and because Essos is much more exotic and diverse than Westeros, there being black people, other ethnicities, mixed race, etc. within prominent Houses isn't farfetched. Like sure GRMM didn't envision him as a black character but it isn't impossible for him to be like so many people seem to think it is.
