I think Rue loves Jules to the point she would never love/fuck someone else.
I can imagine Elliot becoming a toxic influence on Rue but I think everything will be platonic from Rue and Jules side when it comes to Elliot/Dominic Fike's character
Edit: I think he will die tho.
