they should be glad he turned it down, it would've looked like blatant pandering and taken a lot of the seriousness out of the show imo but then again this show is already proven to be a joke after this season lmao

yeah i mean they have that young dude calling her fat in the show to her face and then she embraces it to a degree but idk bruh it says more about the person talking about it than her

I mean she is fat, that’s the best description for her. That said, she Lowkey had one of the better storylines season 1. Kinda wack that they shut her down completely

Most of this season was just wasting a bunch of screen time planting s*** you would think is gonna come back in a major way just to have it all fizzle out and stretch the 10 minute fez scene throughout the last two episodes and focus more on a play than it, feels like they put that scene in just to fool people into thinking this was gonna be a big finale in the post episode trailer preview things.

All that being said I still enjoyed season 2 more because it had a more serious tone but it was just way too bloated and nothing important really got the attention is deserved, I'm really thinking about how much screen time was wasted on Jules and Elliott in the first half of the season all for no reason at all and most of their interactions were so cringe lmao but smh idk if I'm even looking forward to this show anymore it's just all style no substance and both seasons last couple episodes sucked and were forgettable imo

One thing season 2 lacked was that distinctive feel from season 1. Remember how everything had those blue/purple/pink hues, those crazy tracking shots, the iconic glitter makeup etc. Euphoria had its own style and texture that was unmatched and really made the show. Still love the show but they abandoned a lot of that for the new season

That’s how we know Rue doesn’t die at the end because she’s supposed to be based on Sam and Sam went on to live a good sober life.

Plus he’s also said Jules is based on his relationship with his wife so Rue & Jules still got a shot

True the season 2 finale almost didnt even feel like the same show at certain points. 1 had that fire aesthetic and 2 was a little all over the place
