That scene with Lorde’s Liability and the clip show in her crying eye.
That was actually one of the most beautiful scenes I’ve ever seen.

Fr, Hunter even said in an interview that the tear in her eye at the end was unplanned but it happened because she was reacting to the montage for the first time while they were filming her eye

The s*** Rue said to Jules applied more to herself than Jules lol
Like Rue of all people calling someone a vampire is crazy
Hell yeah bro
Rue is the force that grounds it together and the show is at its best when it’s about her and her addiction. I think it’s because Sam Levinson went through a lot of the things that she went through so it’s really genuine on his part. I usually fast forward through most scenes involving other characters. but then I’ll get bored and go back to watch the s*** and remain unimpressed
i didn’t miss a single second of this most recent episode though
especially boring when it comes to Kat
Jules is pretty selfish, but she’s cute, and confused.
I have such a soft spot for her, I’m not too familiar with the trans experience, but she just nails how I imagine it might be. Coming to terms with your identity.
she’s just like me except the trans and creative part (soon tho…)

I aint gon' lie breh is it cool if I just jump right in with no context or backstory at all?
Ehh I wouldn’t. It’d be harder for you to understand the Nate, Maddie, and Cassie storyline

They got a theory on the euphoria Reddit about Elliot being a segment of rues subconscious and not an actual real person

Damn Jules out here cheating with figments of her imagination is od

they said it represents rues insecurity and lack of trust in jules
idk it’s a reach but I could lowkey see it being true because elliot is just such a plot device like what is he even gonna do for the rest of the season
and I’m surprised they made jules so easy to hate after writing a whole special episode to do the complete opposite

That would require Rue to be a level of crazy that I don’t see them giving her
Buuut Elliot hasn’t interacted with literally anybody that I can recall, aside from Jules, which is kinda odd and probably what the theory’s based on. Even at the party he’s hiding in a room by himself. Only person outside of rue and Jules I can think he’s interacted with has been his sister (?) that one time.
