don’t start with this fam. Rue was definitely wrong for hinging her sobriety on Jules but Jules herself wasn’t innocent and did a lot of f*** s*** repeatedly. She expected Rue to leave the city with her without being able to take her medication

She literally slept with Elliott right before dropping the spot on Rue. Jules repeatedly used Rue and treated her as an inconvenience knowing Rue had deep feelings for her

Tbh I think Rue and Jules are guilty of the same flaw as they both refuse to take responsibility for their actions. I think Jules does this passively and Rue does it actively

But Rue being a POS doesn’t invalidate her points about Jules’ own POS behavior

Yeah Rue is definitely the most compelling. I think that’s because she’s literally Sam Levinson apparently

But all of the characters feel really cliched and like a typical Hollywood version of teenagers. The actors are really great though
