This was def what I was thinking of but couldn’t remember exactly

This episode was good but I just feel like it was all over the place both structurally and narratively

The visuals and character work are great but it feels at some points like this season is meandering and spiraling without any real sense of direction

The writing is subpar in comparison to the directing, last week the writing was really good. This week was a nice episode but it also really shows how inconsistent the writing is

I feel like they place too much importance on style over substance a majority of the time, but that’s not to say that the story and characters are shallow either because I don’t think that’s the case

Just feels like sometimes I’m watching a collection of montages & pretty visuals rather than a narrative television show
