Especially after that scene where she broke the 4th wall and explicitly said don't look to her as a sign of hope. So what is the show's intention w her character exactly then? Remember in season 1 when Rue was going on fake deep rambling and Ali said wtf are you talking about? I think the show wants us to take it as being some drivel a young edgy person like Rue would say.
But yeah it's very hard to root for Rue especially after that whole thing with Gia n Ali. Lotta s***ty people in this show but whew lol.
