true...that and how they end things with Chalky will never sit right with me...I've read all the explanations from the showrunner and writers but still can't roll with it lol they basically tried to tie it up quickly and focus things back on Nucky more as seasons 3 and 4 kind of turned into an ensemble and in return ended up sacrificing great arcs like Rothstein's or Chalky's to make more room for kid Nucky flashbacks (the payoff of which wasn't that great either I mean Gillian already told us Nucky gave her away to the Commodore when she was younger did we really need to go back and see all that other stuff)...there was a lot I liked about the final season don't get me wrong and all in all they wrapped it up well enough but left a bit to be desired

Bruh I still got most of the scenes of this man in my mind despite finishing third season 4-5 years ago.

Never finished this show. Think I got to season 4 or so. But after I think season 2, a certain characters death took a lot out of the show for me just wasn't the same without him.

Season 4 the best by far imo

yea i know who you're talking about. heard they were a pain in the ass on the set and maybe thats why they ended up dying earlier than many expected.

you should continue on, it gets even better after that. the season 3 antagonist is great. season 4 is even better

I miss when Prestige TV was this good. Started rewatching a little while ago and had a blast with it. There’s such a liberating anything goes mentality to it and the period setting is just so lovingly recreated and honestly portrayed.
