Looks and behaves exactly like the HBO Max app, before it added native Apple TV support, with new content ??? Sure there are some glitches with Currently Playing but its not like they did a complete redesign.

Of course, Prime Video used to have a lot of the HBO back catalogue to stream as well back in the pre-HBO Max days. they’re all on Max as well. Also, they’re all old shows. People aren’t subscribing to Max for those shows.
Jul 14, 2023Haven’t really used “MAX” since the merger… but I was getting ready for my trip, so I wanted to download a few shows n movies, and I’m now seeing that you can no longer download TV shows
HBOMAX use to let you download any and everything, the only thing though was that you had to be within a HBO licensed territory otherwise you wouldn’t be able to watch any content even if it’s downloaded- Aug 17, 2023
