I only used it once back during the last season of GOT lmao, I would say so but it is pretty expensive, 'cause you have to pay for the HBO add on

From what I understand, with Crave, if you buy the HBO add on then you already have access to HBO content but now with HBO Max, you'll have access to the HBO Max originals as well
