Per kotaku it’s a new weapon called the bandit evo. Scoped bandit

• Battle Pass reduced from 100 tiers to 50 tiers "opting for more quality than quantity"
• Armor coatings are bundled (rather than separate for each armor core)
• Emblems are bundled (rather than separate for vehicle/weapon/armor/eetc)
• Free Battle Pass reward items were moved to first 20 tiers
