The thing about this MTX fiasco

They could still have heavy MTX while quelling the complaints.

An example, the HCS skins should not be locked to an armor core. People wouldn’t b**** about them if buying the 10$ skin meant you could use whichever pieces you want from the set, where ever you want to use them.

Buying colors is just a stupid concept in general especially when 343 didn’t even give us a full set of primary colors as a baseline.

Cores can still exist but unlocking/purchasing a set should unlock each piece individually for use where ever the user decides.

If I finish the BP and I want to use Emile’s right shoulder and Jorge’s left, I should be able to do that. Them s***s shouldn’t be separate store items.

Campaign/Achievement Based Armor unlocks should’ve been a given as well. Putting an armor set behind a specific trophy or Plat Rank could nudge players to attempt new things that they may end up enjoying.

343 honestly just needs to look at Fortnite if they want to have a lucrative but accepted store model.

They def needed a complimentary progression system . I also miss having legit lobbies and checking peoples character/progression . Thankfully it’s things they can add but sucks it’s not in
