I've started a company focused on helping artists like you get funding for their future music. Think about it like an advance from a record label, but instead fans give you money and you don't owe them anything other then a small % of future revenue for the next year. We wouldn't be able to help you for the next year or so, but we would really appreciate hearing what an artist like you thinks

how would you distribute future earnings to potentially thousands of fans? and how long would they receive the revenue for? it sort of sounds like crowd funded venture capital i'm intrigued, but since each individual % is so low, artist would be able to keep their creative control which would definitely be a huge positive. and where does the company itself generate revenue from?
