So I’m getting hella cut rn! Almost got the v cut!
I eat extremely healthy but today is an exception cause my dad bought hella wings and pizza from work last night so we gotta finish that
But I eat 4 meals! Breakfast is either oatmeal with almond milk (today I had it with water), cinnamon, honey, and mangoes or two eggs, or protein pancakes, Lunch is usually some chicken or beef, with rice, post workout meal is a homemade smoothie, and dinner is some kinda meat dish baked, air fried, or pan fried with a some kinda carb source (I prefer rice over bread)
And I drink my warm water through the day
