Like did that look fire on old square TVs? I don’t remember ever turning it on or off as a kid tbh but it’s literally eye-hurting with trails on now

I used to think trails meant blood trails as a kid so I never messed with it lol

I tried and got the same problem. It's horrible. It looks like the "They said I could be anything" meme 24/7. The most frustrating part is you can see the physics playing perfect with zero lag under the shadows of everything on screen

its because of the sun gfx on the PS2 version, there is a fix to reduce it but it still bothered me

hopefully this new re-release preserves and improves those effects

I figured it was another quirk due to the PCSX2 libretro core not being the "fr" PCSX2 w/ hacks and all. What setting helped?

it's a setting that also works in the pcsx2 emulator on PC, the same issue also happens on the PC version of the emulator

This should be $40 at most. These games are old as f***, just updated textures and new controls.
Aside from that I’m only interested in San Andreas

Exactly lol just because a person has 60 bucks to spend doesn't mean they are going to spend it on something they dont think is worth that amount of money.
