it definitely feels naked without those samples but otherwise it's a typical West project to me (which like you said not a bad thing)

hopefully that gets made up for at some point before the year end

True true, he did give us Pray for Paris so even if that ends up not happening, he’s already given us a great project this year

best advice for ppl going in would just be to not expect anything other than a dope WSG project...like there's no extraordinary songwriting or s*** that's gonna land on the radio or w/e...but if you f*** with Gunn's previous work I see no reason why you wouldn't like this aside from the lack of samples as I previously mentioned...production still fire IMO and pretty much all the features deliver

We must be listening to different albums because this is a great project. 98 Sabres is insane. Only lowlight was Liz Loves Luger. Wish Big Basha's was longer but West has a habit of always having one of those really short songs. Also would've been nice if he had a verse on All Praises, but it's still a great cut.

Definitely going to be in rotation for awhile. Yeah it's missing the wrestling samples like his other tapes but there are some really great tracks on here.

on a side note read his latest instagram post...now he saying this is PROBABLY his first and last album on a major...I don't think he's retiring completely...we'll still get tapes just on his own terms and not dealing with label BS

Personally I think it's one of his worst. Production didn't do a whole lot for me and some of the rapping really sounded lazy. Although Lunchin is one of my favorite WSG tracks of all time
