But I guess it's the same formula as all these deluxe editions. It just seems doing it this way kinda spreads the heat between two.projects instead of concentrating on one potent tape.

P4P came out like 5 or 6 months after WWCD though? and one of those is a Gunn solo while the other is a label album, they're not even comparable

but either way, FKTG is meant "the album before the album" to GDMM, i dunno if they're gonna be similar sonically. it seems like FKTG is more Conway exploring different sounds and is put together in the quarantine whereas GDMM is gonna be his magnum opus, more similar to his usual sound but more personal, and its been worked on for a long time

and that's all assuming that GDMM actually comes out in october, which again, i really doubt

And I know they're different. But West used the good buzz from WWCD as a lead in to P4P.

This is similar but in a way shorter time frame and the fact that its 2 solo.projects in such close proximity is my gripe.

I'd rather they just call this a mixtape or something. The way they define these projects confuses me these days.

but honestly to me it doesn’t matter what they call it long as we get the music

I feel like if Conway condensed some of his random EPS and mixtapes into just a few full lengths (12-15 songs) his discography would be godly. It’s still fire, but definitely hindered by a few lackluster albums

And I still feel like he’s so slept on/overshadowed

When it's so many projects, it dilutes the overall discog.

Hes put out enough music for 2 near classic albums since Reject 2.
