Boldy's a f***ing psychopath mane.
Boldy album with Craven real nice man. Gets better every listen. Not touching the first two Craven joints, but still dope.

:vlosereave:

24th isn't Friday though
Man Boldy was never down to be back up
A few projects he's released recently were meh.
And this coming from a cat that's been down with boldy since jimbo.

Boldy needs to slow down tbh. His flow is too monotone and one dimensional for all these releases

I wouldn't even say slow down...if he wants to drop this much then he needs to collab with top tier producers only.
I'm all for creators putting out as much music as they want.
Prince and Miles Davis didn't stop until death pulled up.

Tbh I only really care for his alchemist stuff and the sterling toles album. Nothing else has really stuck with me. The craven and real bad man ones are okay I guess

It’s a repeating theme in this thread but Boldy went from dropping the best albums of the year against all genres (Rolling Stone, Pitch, CoS, etc.) to whatever.
Growth is important to an artist’s career and Boldy is standing still. No new label, no new sound, no innovation, no interesting collabs or ideas: just random projects every single month.

He just needs a break and some inspiration.

He's very one note IMO which works in small doses but gets tiresome when there's a new project every month or so that doesn't give us anything different than the one preceding it
