No. Spectacle would’ve been a big CGI battle to end the season. That was never going to happen, plus we already got that in the fifth episode

I literally said I loved Episode 6 and there was no “spectacle” in that episode at all

The first six episodes of this were flawless to me. Some of them had spectacle, most of them didn’t. The last two episodes are where they dropped the ball, and I DO NOT THINK it’s because there wasn’t spectacle

even him lighting a cigarette with the ring is spectacle by definition it looks cool its not necessary it doesnt make him more of a lantern than the actuall lore we have received

Wonder if they’ll show him using the ring to make his suit for the first time in man of tomorrow. Kinda just wanted it at the end of this cause it might be a little weird just seeing him show up in his suit for the first time after not at all in this show but maybe not.

I was just making a separate point that it’s insane that there was no Lantern activity in the final three episodes of a Green Lanterns show. Has nothing to do with me wanting spectacle. I enjoyed most of the show without it having spectacle.

By definition wanting to see more constructs falls into wanting more spectacle. Definitely lighter on the range compared to wanting a full cgi battle but still spectacle

reading your post you would think the last 3 episodes of the show makes no mentions of rings, sinestro, guy gardner or anything its just a human based show which its not

A barren desert wasteland is not a Lanterns element

Show somebody a still of that landscape without telling them what show it’s from and they would never guess a show about Green Lanterns

Wish we had a new green lanterns animated show even if it’s elseworlds tbh. Love animated DC stuff.

No it does not. Constructs were used at other points in the show that was not spectacle

Sinestro is a character. I’m talking about Lanterns elements in the vein of them being superheroes. He flies at the very end of the season and it looked terrible
