All you guys pissed have no idea what it takes to develop a game like gta huhâŚ..
Yâall really think they have been doing nothing
Fam they didnât start until very late 2018 / early 2019 cause they were working on RDR2 since 2013âŚ. Idk what yâall expected
they've been working on RDR2 since 2010 actually

Thatâs pre production with just the writers and stuff. I mean full production with the whole team
2025? I better be able to walk in every mf building.
Iâm not that pissed about the release date, I wasnât expecting the game anytime soon but the fact it isnât in the 80âs is kind of heart breaking. Going back to another capsule of time with 2025 graphics would have been so insane, the b****es on the beach, the Lamborghini Countachâs, the Miami neon lights, the cigarette smoke in the club, the MUSIC mannnn
My dream was them doing an 80âs storyline in Vice City and then it switched halfway through the campaign (or throughout the campaign back and forth) to a modern Vice City, which would be doable with todayâs technology. Then set the online portion in the modern city so you can do all that extra bullshit with rockets and jet planes for the normies đ

From a consumer perspective I definitely understand the frustration though.
Just seeing the increased focus on an aging game these last couple years, and making a whole next gen update for it
The fact they spent all this time making a major update for new consoles when that time and energy could've went to a new game, not to mention the reports that a Bully 2 was scraped
I think people are just tired of Rockstar's focus on this old game.
But yea I knew it wouldn't come anytime soon, but man seeing that 2025 date hurts.
We were too spoiled back when we were kids getting new Rockstar games every couple years
This would be easier to swallow if they at least gave us the jetpacks and s*** for single player i don't wanna do all that grinding for an online mode idgaf about. Like fr how hard is it do that there's mods out there that do it.
I'm not gonna complain about release dates anymore after cyberpunk.
I'm gonna act like it doesn't exist in the meantime

You smoking your username if you think itâs coming out in 2 years
Any word on the PS5 remaster? Didnât they say 2021?
Supposed to drop in November, but we haven't seen a single screenshot yet and no info on the specs

Thatâs still 10 years since the last one and 10 since I graduated high school so too long regardless. Damn we getting old up in here. Whatever the case it wonât be the same with Dan Houser and company gone.
if it means that devs arenât crunched and itâs a good work environment then Iâm 100% happy to wait. GTA 6 is gonna be a generation defining game so Iâm happy theyâre gonna take their time.
I think it's the lack of PS5s stock.
They should have dropped GTAV for the PS5/Series X this year, and 6 in 2022.
I hope the PS5 remaster won't be just the same thing with better graphics. They could add a Lamar campaign dlc at least.

No man it won't be the same with just better graphics or well to quote one one of the top Take-2 people "We don't just do simple ports". Was GTA V PS3 to PS4 that? No... They'll add stuff that will make it worth it. Now will it be what we wish it would be? Dunno... But I hope that they're saving some nice surprises to be shown soon. I hope something is coming before the game is out so between July-September 2021 or so am I afraid that it might get delayed :/
