I’m like 7 years late but recently started playing GTA again and finally figured out how businesses work

Anyone have any advice for the fastest way to reach mogul status? I currently have a MC gun club, coke, meth, weed, forgery and counterfeit business and an office.

No warehouse or night clubs yet

i think running the new heist is the easiest and most efficient way to make a lot of money now honestly

oh yeah u need i think about 2.5 mil for the submarine to start the heist ☹️

anyways you don’t need to unlock doomsday before i don’t even have a facility

if u can stack up the 2 million then it’s definitely well worth it you gonna have the money back in 2 heists and the prep work doesn’t take long

but outside of that if you have office and cargo warehouse that’s really a good way to make money, especially when it goes double money but that doesn’t happen so often

not really familiar with nightclub and bunkers even though i own them, but if u have clubhouse then the coke business is pretty decent

if u on xbox i can run a heist or two to help you some day!

is your cocaine, meth and all that fully upgraded? if it is, run coke, meth, and counterfeit if you want. the documents and the weed are the 2 worst ones in terms of profit. not worth the grind, imo.

if you have the bunker, again fully upgraded, you can sell that for a milli as well. its a good profit margin. stay away from the warehouses unless you want to be hustling around the map working nonstop.

Nah those aren’t upgraded yet only one I have upgraded is my bunker which is gettin me 1.2 mil for guns at los santos

I heard the warehouse is good if you don’t always have a crew? What about night clubs? Is there some way to make your businesses self sustaining so you don’t have to constantly resupply

if ur bunker is fully upgraded just keep buying supplies for it, but you'll need 3 other guys usually to help you sell. sometimes the mission has 3-4 vehicles and ull run out of time trying to solo it and drive each vehicle on your own

the crate warehouse, you have to grind your ass off stealing crates nonstop. you cant buy them and have them delivered to skip the grind process. same thing with the car warehouse - you have to source a car each time and get it and drive it back to your warehouse. its all just too time consuming. and again, once your warehouse is full, or if you want to sell more than 1 car at a time, you need helpers to sell it

the nightclub is good once you have the mc businesses and bunker setup. the nightclub is passive income - the technicians that work for you (you have to buy them for like 150k per technician) you can then assign them to gather goods and source product for you in the background while you can f*** around and do other s***.

you can have a max of 5 technicians assigned to a different category/business - 1 guy on bunker weapons, 1 guy on meth, 1 guy on cocaine etc. and they'll gather product for you to flip and sell. its a slow process, if you chill afk in free mode or just play a lot, you can probably flip your nightclub once a week. depends how many warehouse levels you have. check out the upgrades and all that and u'll see what im talking about. but yea, the nightclub is useless until your mc stuff and bunker and all that is setup.
