Why would they hire someone else to help you out, then they'll have two people to pay when they can just have someone do the work of two people and only pay one person. That would cut into there precious profits. They don't deserve anything but minimum effort.

You put in the effort that you’re reciprocated for, especially when it comes to multi-billionaire dollar corporations that actively refuse to pay you a livable wage, and in fact lobby and ensure the prevention of legislation being passed in order to prevent such things from happening.
Alongside anti-union propaganda and the like being pushed on young workers to ensure that they continue to be exploited.

That’s not what I’m saying at all. I’m talking about how major corporations like this f*** us from our paid dues, and we’re expected to still consistently exceed expectations, or put in maximum effort even though in their eyes we’re nothing, but in reality we are their everything.
Because without US, THEY have nothing.
People should expect more, they should demand more. It’s not a sense of entitlement at all, because we are in fact entitled to it.
this is why progressive pro-union legislation NEEDS to happen, the only reason we have weekends and 6 hour work weeks is because of the unions and we need workers rights so we can get paid what a worker is owed
