the intro right? i feel like second track has a pretty solid intro that serves as album opener, i don't really need those 4 minutes of moaning and whispering of the first track. i also got rid of The Hardest Thing
????
Guys that new short is gorgeous. They really committed to the 60s Disney style and man it might ne one of their best videos.

Saw the theater premier last night and cried at the end
Huge mia fan but after the last 10 years shes poison. Wouldve loved seeing her on here too for some sri lankan representation she just way to controversial now from the black lives matter comments to the anti vax s***. She honestly got lucky she was put on the nerd album
THIS IS NOT MUSIC RELATED SO MAYBE I SHOULDN'T DERAIL THE THREAD my bad y'all
She worded the BLM comments a bit poorly but she was 100% right about it
BLM was something that is safe to say/allowed in the Overton window, people will not face consequences/lose financial backing for saying BLM, meanwhile people will actually be suppressed for supporting less accepted movements
e.g. some actors lost roles for speaking up for Palestine in the month after Oct 7, Craig Hodges was blackballed from the NBA for speaking up for black lives in the 90s when it was actually a 'radical' idea
Beyonce literally uses BLM as a brand to sell people stuff but has no real humanitarian belief behind it
These folks would never stick up for a political group that is deemed as one you can't speak up for
Bron/KD/Steph all perfectly fine to shout out black lives but they all have zionist business partners or investments & they all make 100s of millions off of shoes made by 3rd world sweatshop workers etc, Bron tried to stop an NBA exec for speaking out about China etc etc.
(The anti vax/weird Christian awakening etc etc came years after the BLM comment)

Unfortunate that she went on to endorse Trump. The final nail in the coffin, trying to outwoke the liberals that you end up endorsing a fascist
Apparently that computerized voice at the start of Plastic Guru is reading lyrics written by Lou Reed, and was supposed to be sung by him but his estate wouldn't clear the recording. Would've been nice to hear!
I understand the long ass rollout now. I think they actually pulled it off. Havent listened to the music yet but just the fact that it has successfully been promoted for so long and seems to have stuck the landing. Interesting plan that paid off

I'm scared to listen to this. Haven't read a single thing about it.
Demon dayz was my favorite album of all time for 2 decades and plastic beach was the first album I bought in a store

It's the worst track on the album IMO but still better than a lot of The Fall/Humanz

the music video thing is absolutely incredible too.
