Fire but I'm asking what you/people usually do for their intervals btwn eating while fasting intermittently

I usually do about 18-20 hours and eat in that 4 hour span

this fellow I follow on yt just dropped a video on fasting, my time to start is soon! I'm going to start with a 24hr fast likely sometime next week
