I've heard the same. The Moscow Telena's I bought in 2021 still look brand new.Very nice glasses. Virtually no fogging in the acetate and I wear these everyday. Quality issues started in '22 from what I've read.

where i am, 1200$ gets u wire frames without a prescription... and this is the only certified cartier dealer in the city. I ended up copping balenciaga frames instead so i can live within my means lol
