do u think hes lowkey taking peep’s spot in the industry?
i wish, but imo MGK unfortunately took that right after he passed. notice how as soon as Peep passed MGK switched his whole style of music and image up. Glaive could, but isn't big enough yet to be compared to Peep
haven't heard from glaive in a little bit
ill check out some stuff that i missed
i will never understand the point of going live on IG just to preview songs that'll never drop
next single, minnesota is a place that exists has leaked. sounds really damn good, like a new direction for glaive. kinda sounds like he's expanding on what he did on the MGK feature, i like it a lot
“Hopefully that’s the last thing I ever make in my bedroom in North Carolina,” he said in February, and as he updated me by phone from Los Angeles in April, he’s about halfway done with the next one. He’ll be heading out next month to open The Kid Laroi’s European tour and is excited to see cities he’s never been to before. The excursion feels especially fitting, since Gutierrez says live music, all drums and guitars, has been a big inspiration for the upcoming album—apparently Laroi’s heard a few songs off glaive’s unfinished EP and says it’s his best music yet.
Just got tickets to my local venue for September
No Philly
i find it really funny when ppl complain abt glaive n eric not doing "hyperpop" anymore. they always made pop music and clearly want to, some fans act as if when you sign you immediately have to change b/c they have a gun to your head
def glaives best song so far id say
love the production on this one
