It's not even an appropriate a***ysis of the issues at bay in America.
Abolishing Landlords doesn't even solve anything. Right now landlords are doing you a favor by fronting the capital allowing you to live in certain areas you otherwise wouldn't be able to live in, like NYC or San Francisco. Why? Because your government doesn't give a f*** about you because thats how American's like to act.
You're literally blaming private citizens for an entire housing shortage.
Renting shouldn't be permanent that's the end all be all. Why the f*** would someone else's private property just be free. Who would decide who even lives there?
You guys also ignore the fact that America has a f***load of space and terrible people who don't want you building apartments in their backyard.
Like you guys have all these good well meaning ideas and direct it toward the most useless s*** ever.
Abolish landlords? When they're the most affordable method of shelter that isn't run down in the United States of America
Don't you think it would be smarter to build more houses, increase public housing projects, and tell zoning laws to f*** off?
