You may as well get mad at the banks for charging you a mortgage. I think the Government should provide housing as a safety net because the citizenry pay taxes. I'm not going to make some argument about how people can't profit off their own property, food and/or drink

Why should an individual landlord not be allowed to rent property to some college student who wants to dorm for 4 years while having the freedom to throw his own house parties?
