i think that would be fair to say, but i'm not sure it's entirely a different form. maybe i'm biased bc i'm an international relations student but i think there's too much domestic focus on these things and not enough on how globalization and global capitalism plays into it (increased urbanization, shifting to cheap labor markets, etc).

doesn't help that Marx never was able to write the section he planned for international relations, and that the world is so different now in terms of connectivity. some Marxist IR scholars have tried to map his theories on an international basis through things like Structuralism tho

The issue is that tenants shouldn't be forced into renting a home as a permanent form of shelter. The government should be providing these people with public housing
