The pity system guarantees you a 5 star for every 90 pulls (same banner) that's one thing you can always anticipate

But really all the characters are fun to use. Highkey I want dupes now to power up my current rotation rather than getting new ones that I'd have to put effort in all again to improve

What’s the fastest way to improve adventure rank? I’m only adventure rank 7 but need to get to level 10 to advance the story. I’ve been stuck at 7 for a while now. I’m gonna drop this game if I can’t advance the story soon.

Do leyline / kill elemental bosses. Make sure you run through your resin (energy) for the day

But really just go explore and open chests, there's plenty during the early stage of the game. Dont just go for the objective everytime instead wander off a bit

I have just been exploring the map, trying to get from ar 16 to 18, but how do you do the resin stuff?

Check your map for the counter. Around that rank I'd suggest start doing domain instances (you've unlocked party right?). Peep the book icon on the top of the screen this where you access all the world activities (bosses, domain, leyline in bosses tab)

If you want to be efficient start doing domains when you reach ar20 cus loot drops upgrades every 10 lvls

Are domains the temples that you gointo?

Yeah these are where you get mats to power up your character and artifacts (start latter only when you hit ar30 imho), they rotate daily so on days where they not for your chars do leyline + elemental boss instead to finish your weekly season mission

Ima say you will want to hit ar20 asap rush if you have to to unlock the 2 world bosses. These offer the best loot drops but they are limited to one time each per week
