A lot of communists also seem to forget that the Islamist factions will throw them away once their uses are no longer needed, as Khomeini killed Tudeh

My main concern is how the coalition between secular factions such as PFLP (ML) /DFLP (Maoist) and Hamas (moderate Islamists) and PIJ (extreme Islamists) will eventually dissolve and if that will turn into a civil war if an independent Palestinian state was achieved considering that their political outlooks are entirely different

And even then why are we suddenly up in arms about rape and when

    a) Israel rapes and abuses Palestinians on a far greater scale, daily, with state backing

    b) Israel provides a safe haven for Jewish pedophiles and rapists through legal loopholes

    c) our countries fund this country out of our own pocket

Yes, Hamas commuting rape is inexcusable, but how come I’ve never seen the vitriol and dehumanization of Zionism that we are seeing towards Hamas ?

All of the Palestinian fanctions are united in this fight (except the Palestinian authority)

    And Gaza actually holds elections.

Do you really think a Marxist-Leninist DOTP can be achieved with an Islamist faction who has already acted against Palestinian labor strikes?

easiest way to prove it is ask if the marxist leninists are in the room with them right now they’re basically not even existent let alone actually fighting

closest marxists in that region are the kurds

I think Hamas only has the support they do because of an existent power vacuum that is puppet-stringed by the Israelis

A platform of agency and self sufficiency would prolly see the rise of a plethora of other parties

Palestinians are pretty secular as a people, even if I can only back it anecdotally

Israeli propaganda claimed Israelis were getting raped, then back tracked from these statements after realizing there is literally no proof of that.

mfs straight up eating whatever hasbara is s***ting out when there are literally no verified reports of any sexual violence occurring

there will never be a pure perfect chemical composition of alliances or a pure proletariat revolution and they’ll alwyas be risks, leftcoms needs to get off their chauvinistic thrones and face reality

Doesnt matter if the people are secular. 10-20% minority of islamists is enough to keep them in power.

Can’t think about a political struggle if you don’t think about the future of a successful struggle
