Here are your options:
1) Hamas fired a rocket with an incredible payload (they don't have), it was broken up midair, the debris fell and leveled an entire hospital by happenstance. The first recorded instance of anything like this ever happening.
2) Israel targeted medical infrastructure (always has) and destroyed a building in Gaza (always has) full of civilians (always has).

EverestIs there any instance of a misfire or fallen rocket doing this much damage? Trying to find news articles and the most I can find is Jabila 2021 that killed 7. One earlier this year killed less than that
Is there any information about Hamas or Islamic Jihad having rockets that do damage that the hospital was hit with?
