Hamas are extremists, reminds me of Azov that was extremists too that purely hated Russia. But you know what a bunch of people who are active in this thread were doing the centrist bullshit they call out so much now. It’s really funny how this was a mask-off moment for many people here.

Ukrainians hated Russians for a pretty long time too like Muslims and Jewish people hate each other. Free Palestine but stop promoting deaths of Israelis and Palestinians that are innocent in the grand scheme of things.

I don't think any of the points you mention are realistic maybe with the exception of eliminating birthright and cracking down on the ultrazionist settlers. while there is of course an economic factor to the cycle under which has unfolded within the context of israel-palestine specifically, much of the conflict isn't really economic and is far more religious & ideological. i mean, for the most part the understanding of the conflict as colonial is definitely a more much more western/external - and if anything, a diaspora - one, it seen very explicitly as an ethnic one elsewhere. Even the language of the usage of colonialism into politics there largely came through external channels. I know this sounds antisemitic but it's just true in historical context - much of the issue is really just with the fact there's white european jews who came into the territory, unless the conversation focuses on how to fix it with that framing everything else is completely arbitrary. That said, it's not even really a purely jewish-arab conflict either, it really is largely between certain ethnic subgroups and european jews, and european jews there have essentially been further radicalized over the last several decades in a mirror to arab sub-ethnic groups there especially due to the unwavering backup they've received from the first world basically more or less since Reagan.
