The world building and lore much better in harry potter than asoiaf tbh. also harry potter imo is much better written
but ASOIAF way better plot wise

Ay im not excusing the time it's taking but there's a HUGE gap in the quality of writing between George and JK
George is responsible for creating some of the most interesting and layered characters and best plotlines in literary history
