Off first listen, solid album. Don't really have any complaints about the rapping, production, features; nothing. I don't think there's anything that's incredible on here but everything is up to par and the content in his verses always sets him apart for me.
This'll probably stay in rotation for me for a while.
went legit on two albums now just because
it’s so chicago i love walking to work at 5am to that track
Emergency went from wtf is this to damn this is fye
Herb delivered again
He did an interview that kinda sums up what my initial reaction, he said he wasn’t necessarily trying to make his best album or body of work, but just rap at a high level, and he definitely did that on here
If you haven’t checked em out the bonus tracks are fire too

Which interview?
I just dont understand why he lost that buttery flow. That was his main strong point back when he was lil herb. Its like he forgot to rap somewhere in ‘15 and never really relearned. I know hes still very succesful and people seem to love it but its not for me anymore
Yh it's a shame he never uses that flow anymore as it really set him apart. He does still have some good songs though
Which interview?
Not sure if it's the one he's referring to, but he said this in his Breakfast Club interview (and I think he mentioned that he said it somewhere else too, funny enough.)
