Despite hating the S3 finale I think I like S3 more than S4
Crank dat absolutely ensures season 4 is above season 3 alone.
That is top 5 in the series

Yea I don’t rank seasons like that. I base it on which ones I enjoyed more overall

We got a runtime for last Darius episode? I’ll take an hour
This the 2nd time they’ve shown Al get freaked out by a dead rat
I peeped that too

I’m watching last nights episode rn. Didn’t know the finale was a Darius episode. Wonder if it’s gonna be solely him

I dont believe there is any confirmation of it being a Darius episode.
I think people think it will be because he is the only character who hasn't had an episode that closes out their arcs.
And because there are Darius scenes from the trailer that we have yet to see
I know you're being a smart ass but you know exactly what I'm talking about when I mention the hands bruh
No need for that energy.
besides when they ate hands I don’t remember anything
and the significance is that a hand is the craziest thing to eat possible

Check my large post on the previous page.
There are several instances of hands being a symbolic factor in this show
The biggest takeaway from this episode for me is that Al has finally gotten to a place where he no longer needs to rely on Earn to do things for him.
And they no longer seem like strictly business partners because of it, they can just be cousins again
He has cut himself off from the city and has found comfort in the country, and in the woods.
The woods used to be a place of discomfort and uncertainty for Al, he felt lost and vulnerable there. Now it's a place of serenity and peace
I've already accepted the finale will most likely be divisive and it won't answer any major questions we have about the show. It also won't fill the plotholes
You just gotta accept Atlanta for what it is, and realize the show doesn't care about fan service or trying hard to satisfy all audiences.
The showrunners have a unique vision for the show and I'm just along for the ride
yeah show sort of lost me in the final 2 seasons
Lol knew he was gonna finally come face to face wit the hog and use the cast iron pot to beat him
yeah show sort of lost me in the final 2 seasons
Personally im not saying that the show lost me
Season 4 has been top tier for me.
But accepting that Atlanta is much more than a show about a rapper, is the only way to fully enjoy and immerse yourself in the stories the showrunners are telling

Yeah him ignoring Earns calls in the beginning vs staying on the phone wit him in the end was a nice mirror of each other to represent the arc of this episode
-How did Clark County die
-What happened to Socks
-Any more details or backstory about Darius' life
-The reoccurring mentions and imagery of hands
-Van addressing everything she did in France
I know there are more unanswered questions that I can't think of right now, but I full expect for none of the questions to not be answered.
And that's fine with me
And I'm sure episodes 9 and 10 will also raise more questions
Edit: also if the anthology episodes take place in the main timeline
If I’m being honest besides more Darius info, I could careless about most of those questions being answered especially about Clark and Socks
Me: I'm not expecting the show to resolve these plothholes, and thats fine
This thread: wtf bro the show isn't gonna resolve these plotholes
Like I know lol, thats what I said

Yea I'm not saying those questions need to be answered. Mans asked what were some things that were left unanswered, and those were just a few examples of unanswered questions that I know the show won't touch on

I know fam I’m agreeing with you that the show doesn’t need to answer them bc ultimately we don’t care and its not gonna ruin the show for us
Was so anxious this entire episode, damn. Perfect ending with him eating the bacon
it’s cruel that we only get one more episode of this masterpiece but im grateful that we even got these last two seasons

How did niggas miss this? Same thing I thought when I watched.
I’m not saying there is gonna be a S5 but that sure does look like a plausible hint
I posted about it a while ago, but I'll lay it all out again
"Why are you up??"

"I had a weird dream..
I was swimming in this pool, but it was like the ocean and I was swimming with the seaweed, but it wasn't seaweed...it was, like, hands.
And I was swimming with this girl.
And she was saying if the hands grab you, they pull you down and drown you, so swim above them.”

Van was trafficking human hands
And in Born 2 Die the D'Angelo impersonator sits down with Earn and somehow knows about Earn's dream of hands.
He says
"Since you were eight, you always had a dream where you are swimming. And below are hands grasping to reach you. You struggle to keep them from pulling you under. You fight to stay free. Why are you so certain the hands inteed to harm you?"
hm cool I’ll have to keep a look out on that series finale to see if there’s any hands
