need yall thoughts on what that tent means

Feel like the janky tent + Earn & Van not being in sync at the beginning is kinda representative of their relationship as we knew it throughout the show. Also Earn talking about how expensive and fancy it was kinda feels shallow in the same way the traditional “provider” role he’s always focused on feels, in contrast to what he wants to be at the end. Especially when Lottie told his ass to stay outside lol. Actually with that moment in mind, it could represent the family dynamic as a whole. They went from being cold in separate areas to warm in the same bed.

Then at the end they leave it behind for something new. You could look at the rain in a similar “new beginning” sense too

    No Darius episode this season

Ain't next week a Darius solo? There was a clip in the trailer where he was at a spa with some white women.

    From Reddit

    Earn was the snipe.

    Very rare

It only comes out at night (Earn’s emotions)

It has red eyes (Earn crying)

Only the coolest and smartest can catch it (Earn admitted to Van she’s all he ever wanted. She is his dream girl. She’s the coolest and smartest)

Lottie: Did you ever catch it?

Van: No but with your help I think I can

Earn told Van that Lottie is the physical manifestation of what happens when they get together. Lottie helped Earn both realize and understand his immense love for both Van and their family.

idk but i can tell u from experience that kids do not like their parents not being together..

i think that’s why she said she wished her grandparents were there. family is so important

they should have ended the episode off with babyfather by sade… but damn love is stronger than pride fit perfectly as well

i can’t believe how beautiful this episode was, everything about it was just so relatable.. can’t wait for next week

How has this season been? Better than S3?

  • Oct 21, 2022

Great conclusion to the earn and van relationship part of the show. I hope they tie up other relationships before the show ends like earn and Alfred. Its lottie is only six. She was like in kindergarten at the end of season 2. So we’re only like 2 years away since season 2.

Work ethic was a great episode but I cant help but think about the S3 finale and all the weird unnecessary s*** Van was doing, it goes against her whole protective nature in this episode cus essentially she left Lottie behind to go sell human hands and meth

and Earn is a domestic terrorist. both of them are hurt people who hurt other people out of emotions
