Imma be real
I didn't like this season, feels like we waited for years just to watch somebody else
It would be cool if Season 4 comes out in like 2 years or something
4 years ain't it
nah they wouldn’t have made it this bizzare if s4 wasn’t gonna release this close
s4 is gonna be like s3 mr robot
the most hyper focused season, no filler, and many fans will call it a return to form without sacrificing its authenticity and giving us pure fan service
s3 is great but i understand frustrations from the fans, but given that the writers were right (imo) about vans progression, im sure they’re not lying when they say s4 is gonna be the return to atlanta, not just physical place but the feeling
we’re gonna get back to that feeling in due time im sure of it, im glad they got to do this season bc who knows when we’ll see miro and donald do another show like this again

Hopefully it drops pretty soon, even a year is not a problem
Waiting for 4 years for this to end up being a show full of surrealism
Every other episode is about other unique characters that are not the main cast - in a show containing 10 episodes total
On a technical level the show is better than both previous seasons I'm not debating that
But they put the main characters' stories aside to tell a far "grander" story in nuanced ways about how racism is bad (and the consequences still being visible) in the other episodes which is a trope they don't have to do, feels like a safe way to do those then you can't critique em because you are racist then if you do
@AmoryBlain Glad you chopped it up though

It's confirmed to be premiering in the fall
isn't it obvious to people that the episodes are basically not connected anymore?
they said they wanted to make a show where each episode is a different story, that's what they've done, hence why there was no mention of clark county this season
they wont mention vans second life next season either and that's fine. was a fun episode
Terrible take
The post credits shows that every episode was in the same universe
van and earn are the least trustworthy
has Earn been untrustworthy this season?
F*** 106 & Park I'm tryna turn her place to BET Uncut
I will be turning her place into BET Uncut this weekend.
has Earn been untrustworthy this season?
we barely even seen earn lol but earn gave me untrustworthy vibes from S1 and 2

u right but I feel like this time jump we got showed us that Earn really has changed with how he's on top of the tour, getting Al whatever he needs, and him assuring Al he owns his masters

he went 2 seasons of being a little f***er so he gotta go 2 seasons being loyal
one the funniest things this show did was making Justin Bieber black for no apparent reason
Niggas mad about that finale
Im over here mad that Clark County is dead and not a single person in the show said anything bout it
Was the finale of s3 the only ep that had stuff play after the credits or am I missing more
I feel like we don't talk enough about how great this season looked

the title card in the finale
darius is definitely the most trustworthy character, he's just quirky and sometimes be too lost in his own world
If this episode & Al’s tweakin episode switched places, I think it would be received a lot better
van and earn are the least trustworthy
Disagree.
Van clearly mentally ill
But Earn has 100% always had Al's best interest and the only argument against it are some random pauses before he gives his answer and shows that he is a great manager.
Until we get actual evidence Earn is the most trustworthy person of the group.
(What they could've done, which I'm still mad that they didn't do is show why Earn left college. Probably got accused of rape or some s***. I feel his character would be much more interesting with that added but Atlanta would rather focus on funny one off stories than develop their characters fully)

Earn framed a nigga of having a gun at the airport with no hesitation, I would never trust that nigga.
Van selling human hands while forgetting she has a whole daughter at home, I would never trust that b****.

I'm not defending van.
Earn was in a do or die moment. He did what he had to survive.
The guy he did it to did the exact same thing immediately after
This doesn't make Earn an untrustworthy person because of one act where he was either going to jail and ruin his entire life or get one over on some guy he doesn't even know
