I wonder if this was originally a double album
The physical tracklist is interesting, because it’s the first 11 songs on the album straight, plus two songs that didn’t make it on the streaming version
Normally with these first pressing vinyl nowadays that are half of an album’s tracklist, it’ll be the same few opening tracks, the same few closing tracks, with a random assortment of the rest of the album scattered in between. But with this, it seems moreso like the first disc was completed and pressed onto physicals, and then the second disc was conceived after the fact.
It’s even more interesting that the two halves of the album are so different, with the first half being the more rap-heavy and commercially friendly, and the second half is more experimental.
In this context, Pluto’s Ballad sounds like a fitting outro for Disc 1, with 2018 being the intro to the second disc

i was thinking that too feel like it would've worked way better that way. maybe they didn't want to separate the two sounds like future/hndrxx but it would clean this up alot with the vinyl tracks and make it feel more focused and less like a blend of leftovers and new s*** thrown together post-leaks
