i was a devout Christian back in 2019. i went to church every Sunday, had gone to church camp every summer during my teenage years, was friends with my priest & his family.
then JIK dropped and something clicked for me. i immediately became an atheist.

JIK was a fake gospel rap album. it’s borderline blasphemous to take songs you made about s***and non-Christian-like acts then basically turn them into Christian-themed parodies of themselves. adding choir vocals doesn’t make the songs holier.
