Drake is very good at rapping no doubt, his subject matter is limited due to his background so some fw it and some don't, there are plenty of dudes on the underground who absolutely obliterate him lyrically though.

Drake is just an overall more complete artist than Jay.
Rapping skills I give it to HOV.
But all I'll say is Drake aint that far from HOV skill wise which actually gives Drake the advantage
