If Hov drops a few more 4:44 tier albums then Drake probably doesn't have a shot. If Hov doesn't drop anything else and Drake continues on this run then he'll take #1 when it's all said and done

It is, you’re just in denial

Kanye made the beat & gave Jay Z a reference for the beat (rhymes + cadences)

The only difference between Jay/Ye & Drake/QM is QM recorded his references else where & sent them to Drake

Where as Kanye did it in person, Jay Z even used some lines from Kanye’s free style

What is there to disagree about ?

Drake will be ahead of all of the goats because if they're 10 at rapping, he's at least a 8.5 and his run has been far longer than just about every rapper OAT.
