But for Gunna, yes I'd identify him as a snitch. If the DA is asking for you to admit to YSL being a gang, the foundation of a RICO charge, as part of your plea deal, yes that is snitching. If Thug gave him the ok, then sure it's fine. But I can't imagine his lawyers would green light something like that, if that is the stipulation for a plea deal.
